Care: Remove used bedding from cage weekly. Wipe surfaces with white vinegar solution. Add a new layer between 5-12" deep dependent on cage size. Ensure enough room for burrowing.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Unused items can be returned within 30 days.
- Holiday special items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.
You will receive a prepaid shipping label and once we receive your return back at our warehouse you will receive your refund.
